Mrs. Joan Hamoonga Longwe is a highly experienced accountant with over 23 years in financial and administrative management, budgeting, specializing in financial reporting and internal audit. She an ACCA Qualified Accountant under the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). She has held pivotal financial positions in organizations such as the International HIV/AIDs Alliance and RESSI Zambia where she played a key role in strengthening financial oversight and operations.

Since 2006, Joan served as Senior Finance and Administrative Officer at REPSSI Zambia, overseeing the financial and administrative procedures and systems including giving oversite to the finance and administrative team and was responsible for coordinating all administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operations of an organization. She currently works at GIZ Zambia, specializing in internal control audits for GIZ projects in Zambia and Zimbabwe.
